Ha! I love the idea of a doggy play date. So cute :) And great, because puppies get lonely too!
Fall is so pretty NYC! The color of the leaves - amazing! Both dogs are pretty stinkin cute...no lie there!
It was such a gorgeous day! (And I think it's safe to say: we have the two cutest dogs in the world. Or at least all of NYC!)

I'm with you about swooning over dogs! Every time a hear a story about someone's baby, I have to bite my tongue to not counter with "Oh yeah, my dog does that too..." :)

Iggy is pretty darn cute.
I have a kid but still swoon over dogs all the time. Don't get me wrong, my kid is the cutest thing alive but so is my shih tzu (so I guess they are tied).
Confession: Recently one of my family members had a baby and another acquired a puppy. I was more excited to meet the new puppy.
ummm I have been having puppy envy for some time now. HOLY COW I NEED A PUPPY!!! hahaha! Your blog is so adorable! ;-) love it!

P.S. I totally agree to your statement about how people without children fawn over their dogs instead. Why wouldn't we? They're cute, cuddly and you can leave the house without hiring a baby-sitter. In many ways, they are an improvement. ;)

people with kids still swoon over dogs. i immediately (and i mean immediately) wanted to smooch the face of iggy. i mean: THE FACE! major crush here. sam, the love is now rooted. crush phase morphed to pure love. iggy? all crush right now.
