i promise no more leaf pics after today
it's time to move on
no matter how many times i change things around, i'm never happy with my blog design
what's that about?
if i were a therapist, i'd tell you that my "nothing is ever good enough" psyche might play a role
but hey, i just have a useless degree in nutrition
i wanna be friends with schmidt on new girl
ed and i argued as to whether we are actually putting up a tree this year
seriously, i'm the christmas tree scrooge
i'll post pics when the tree is up
yoga with a runny nose ends in snot rainbows
i used cyber monday as an excuse to buy some necessities at dwell studio
so damn expensive, so very worth it
buy it once, have it forever
another cup of overly priced organic coffee....

i love new girl! was kind of expecting it to be dumb but its kind of hilarious.

also, i am definitely afflicted with "nothing is ever good enough" syndrome.

Schmidt is very funny. If I were single, though, I'd want to date Nick. I find him adorable and am certain that he and Jess will get together.

Also, sneak that tree up, girl. We're putting ours up this weekend and the anticipation is killing me (I'm such a loser).

vanessa-
ha! ed won the fight and now i am dreading the whole tree process. how do you even win a fight that includes no christmas tree for the holidays? not easy.

nick is a cutie, fo sho.

New Girl is my new favorite show! And your blog is my new favorite blog! =) Happy Friday!

Oh, you DON'T want the tree! I'm with Ed. You won't regret it. Just make sure he's the one who has to pick up all the stray pine needles...

Get the tree you posted about yesterday! The cool modern-looking one. No pine needles, and it's so unique!

kim-
i'm with you on that one. i live with father christmas who just can't do without a normal christmas tree.

I can't decide about New Girl - I like Nick and Schmidt ... I guess it's more Zooey - maybe too quirky over the top?

If we didn't have a little one, I'd probably be anti-Christmas tree. Christmas trees are a lot of work, they take up space, and you have to clean them up (also a lot of work) in a matter of weeks. We weren't even going to have one this year but I couldn't deprive my little Harper and I must admit, I'm glad we put one up.

No tree for us. Maybe next year (or the year after that) when we become parents? Not sure, though. We're not religious (at all) and try not to get caught up in all the material holiday craziness so maybe we'll never put a tree up?

I guess I should start saving for my daughter's therapy now. :)

no tree???????
I'm always too scared to mess about with my blog design as i'm not very good at it and i'm afraid it will all go hay wire lol

Damn snot nosed yoga.

I too am never happy with my blog. But yours changes, and my ideas stay under wraps for months. I wonder what the psychological difference there is...

Maybe it's time for a Christmas bush? Something in a planter that can live there for long time?

That shop looks cool! And I hear ya about the blog design thing. After two years, I think I've changed the design of my blog at least 6 times. I can't remember what they looked like before. I believe it's our desire to create something new that inspires us.

I have that same "never good enough" mentality, and I'm still working on that...it has it's pros & cons. ;)

I love schmidt too! so wonderfully neurotic and insecure with just a hint of reluctant narcissism. that show cracks me up. as for the tree, don't be a scrooge! it's so fun (feel free to roll your eyes)...
