nano watch.

did you know the latest ipod nano has a nike fitness app? you can track your distance, calories, and running time.

might as well pop your nano into a watchband and get moving.

ps: a few more from apple.

This seems very useful and probably a lot easier than bringing your Iphone with you when you go for a run (I use the app Map my run). And it looks fashionable!

I use the Nike Training Club app on my iPhone sometimes, and I love it. It's fantastic because it times you intervals and also has step-by-step instructions and videos for each move. Highly recommend it!

i've bought a couple of these the past year or so. There are cheaper ones on amazon and they're fun to switch back and forth

I have a similar band and the only problem is that if you sweat a lot (I guess I do), the sweat drips down your arm into the Nano and it goes haywire. I had to stop using the watchband for working out.
