This seems very useful and probably a lot easier than bringing your Iphone with you when you go for a run (I use the app Map my run). And it looks fashionable!
I use the Nike Training Club app on my iPhone sometimes, and I love it. It's fantastic because it times you intervals and also has step-by-step instructions and videos for each move. Highly recommend it!
I have a similar band and the only problem is that if you sweat a lot (I guess I do), the sweat drips down your arm into the Nano and it goes haywire. I had to stop using the watchband for working out.
