a french picnic includes cheese, prosciutto, bread, berries, and sparkling water. well, that's what our french picnic included anyway.
grab your food at the market, try not to offend anyone with your poor french, and walk towards the eiffel tower.
stop along the way to take necessary sartorial-esque photos.

It is a must--we also had a baguette fight while we were there because {a} we are civilised like that and {b} they did in Passports to Paris which made it a must--yes I had a tiny Olsen twin obsession when I was younger.

Oh, I just told people to go and buy a basket full of all kinds of delicacies at Culinaris and head to the Margit Island for picnic. Well, Budapest is not Paris...

I love these and I agree that this is the perfect thing to do while in Paris! what a wonderful idea you had! We used to go to the bakery and get a loaf that was still warm, then go to the store and buy a chocolate bar, rip the bread open and stick the entire bar in there. wait for it to melt a bit and you've got instant pain au chocolat. delicieux!
All of that cheese and bread looks fantastic! I definitely think picnic is Paris is a must. And once again, you captured it all beautifully - your pictures are always the best.
