Watch out for racoons! They don't like intruders on their invitation only cocktail parties. ;)

The raccoons clearly know how to live life!
Last time in NY I took a 7am run to Central Park from Soho on a Sunday. I felt like I was in the opening scene of Vanilla Sky, ran through Times Square without anyone there and the part was beautiful and quiet. Most favorite run in the past year.
Sounds like heaven to me. With maybe the exception of those drunken raccoons!
