there have been several greenmarket incidents that involve a frenetic sam wiggins, a raspberry tinted beard, and me paying for fruit that i never ate. this time we left the furry man at home, shopped (mostly) separately, and met back in the middle. i bought jersey peaches, corn, raspberries, cherries, and some sort of lettuce. ed came back with a jug of chocolate milk. that pretty much sums it up.
sundays 10am-5pm at 77th and columbus avenue. also, double left-sided profile pics in one post cause that's how we roll.

Farmer's market finds are so good. Especially in the summer!
Oh I'm jealous. We don't have a farmer's market here and I miss buying local produce. I haven't had blueberries in so long. I'll have to see about getting some when I go to the city.

Those BLUEBERRIES!!! I really need to trek out to my local market tomorrow. (When I say "trek" what I really mean is "walk 12 blocks." In this heat, though, it may as well be twice that! :)
that all looks so tasty! Though I am often not sure what to buy, because if the fruit is sour I´m not sure if it has vitamins or if you have to wait till it is ripe or does it have too much sugar when ripe??? but I suppose fruit is always the better choice.
