last weekend ed and i decided to take a bike ride uptown as opposed to our usual downtown route. weekend bike rides usually involve errands here and there, but the cooler weather led us to harlem and back with no particular destination.
well, levain bakery was a destination. did you know they have a harlem location? it's lacking the charm of the 74th street bakery. i mean, i couldn't even bring myself to take photos of it, but i assure you we went and cookies were had.
ed recently bought this helmet and swears it's crazy comfortable. my assumption is that it's better for the large-headed peeps cause i look like a space alien in it.
we may have started an early autumn tradition with these up-uptown bike rides.

Your shorts are perfect! Not too long, not too short. I need them in my life. Too bad summer, and thus jorts (jean shorts) season, is coming to an end so soon. Maybe next summer? Always on the hunt.

Autumn in New York–I'm green with envy!
I'm actually sad to see summer end and I cannot believe that next week is September. I can already feel it in the breeze and it makes me sad but autumn...autumn in NY is just the best time ever. The weather is divine, the colors are intensified, the light and everything is magic.
PS--All I can think of is the lightening bolt! haha :)
