i've perfected my lazy smoothie recipe down to three ingredients, mostly due in part to the already sweetened soy/almond milk. it even tastes fine without honey if you wanna get crazy and call it a two ingredient smoothie.
sip it near the radiator and pretend you're in the tropics.
easy smoothies
vanilla flavored soy or almond milk (enough to cover the fruit)
touch of honey
frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, bananas)
blend it all together and serve with a straw.

yum! i like mine with a dash of cinnamon, too.
i like to add a little peanut butter in my banana smoothies. and nutella.
yum, i've been enjoying smoothies for breakfast and tried this one over the weekend (http://www.marthastewart.com/965191/green-ginger-peach-smoothie?crlt.pid=camp.KZ2dGPfLB0qg), but instead of peaches i used frozen mango and frozen spinach. it was very delicious with a dash of ginger in there! good idea to use almond milk! i'll have to try it.
Sounds heavenly.
I gasped a little bit when I read this because this is exactly how I make simple smoothies most of the time! Vanilla almond milk, mixed berries, and a bit of honey. I agree with you--totally delicious, and healthy!
I totally made an easy smoothie yesterday. For the frozen fruit I used a small container of strawberry yogurt. Vanilla flavored almond is fast becoming a favorite of mine. It also tastes great in hot oatmeal.

Sometimes, the most simple things are the best :)!
