the daily muse

ed started a new (exciting!) job last week and we spent the weekend setting up his office. of course i framed a few photos for his desk because god forbid he go ANYWHERE without us. i also managed to snap a few phone photos of the new place because, well, that's what a proud wife does. and then i realized office photos are booooooring so we'll hit the highlights.

the daily muse

near the reception area are framed floor plans of the world trade center tower 2-- a job that his new company took to completion before 9/11. believe it or not, every single office included in this floor plan made it out alive. gave me the jeebies just looking at it.

the daily muse

i found an original knoll poster online and had the framers spruce it up a bit. not a bad addition to the office if i do say so myself. no doubt, this summer will go down as the season of change. new job! new apartment!

and sam wiggins is not to be bothered by any of it.

Your dog is so cute! He's got the same expression that my dogs get when they want a snack.

WOW–those floor plans (and their history) are heart-stopping. What an incredible bit of NY history. And congrats to Ed on the great new gig!
